Multiple handset use
Intercom
Use the intercom feature for conversations between two devices.
You can buy additional expansion handsets (AT&T model BL103-0K, sold
separately) and cordless headsets for this telephone system. You can register
up to five handsets or cordless headsets to the telephone base.
Initiate an intercom call
Using the cordless handset:
1. Press MENU/
2. Press
or
CID
/SELECT .
MENU
3. Press
or
CID
Calling HS X or Calling Base (X represents the handset
number). The destination handset rings and shows HS X is
calling.
To answer an intercom call with the cordless handset:
HOME/
Press
f
key (0-9, TONE
now show Intercom.
To end an intercom call with the cordless handset:
OFF/
Press
f
telephone base or charger.
on the handset in idle mode.
SELECT
to highlight Intercom, then press
DIR
to select a device. The handset shows
DIR
CELL, /SPEAKER, or any dialing

FLASH
or QUIET#) on the handset. Both devices
or place the handset back in the
