3.4 Refitting the headlight mask with the headlight
–
Detach electrical plug-in connector
the headlight.

(all 450 models, EXC AU, EXC EU, EXC SIX DAYS, XC-W)

Connect the electrical plug-in connector

Position the headlight mask and fix it with rubber straps
–
Position the brake line and wiring harness. Put the clamp on and mount and
tighten screw

Connect the electrical plug-in connector

Position the headlight mask and fix it with rubber straps

Position the brake line and wiring harness. Put the clamp on and mount and
tighten screw

Finishing work
–
Check the headlight setting. (
