15.3 Removing the filter

If you want to use the appliance without the filter (D6), you
must remove it and notify the appliance of its removal. Proceed
as follows:
1. Extract the tank (A17) and exhausted filter;
2. Access the menu as described in section "6.1 Access the
settings menu";
3. PRESS "WATER FILTER";
4. Press "REMOVE WATER FILTER";
5. "CONFIRM REMOVE FILTER": press
to go back to the settings menu);
6. "FILTER REMOVED": the change has been saved. Press
to go back to the homepage.
Please note!
After two months (see date indicator) or when the appliance has
not been used for 3 weeks, you should replace the filter even if
the message has not yet been displayed.

16.1 Tips for Energy Saving

• To reduce energy consumption, after delivering one or
more beverages, remove the container (E) or accessories.
• Set auto-off to 15 minutes (see section "6.7 Auto-off
(standby) "):
• Enable Energy Saving (see paragraph "6.8 Energy saving
");
• When requested by the machine, perform the descaling
cycle (see section "6.1 Access the settings menu").
