Resetting the Navigation System (Reset)

You will have the possibility of resetting your navigation system if
it is no longer reacting or working properly.
This option restarts the navigation system, without reinstallation
being necessary. A reset is often used in order to reorganize the
memory. In doing so all programs that are running are inter-
rupted and the working memory is reinitialized.
Choose this option if your navigation system is not responding or
working properly.
Perform the reset as follows:
Insert a pointy object (e.g. a paper clip, which has been bent
open) with slight pressure into the reset opening.
The device will also restart if the external power supply is inter-
rupted or the batteries/accumulators are replaced.
