Page 2 Mitchell Dampening Head Setup  Firstly, remove Castle Ring from Sway Mitchell Dampening Head.  Attach the Sway Mitchell Dampening Head with the Camera Mount Plate and tighten the Castle Ring from the top using the Castle Nut Wrench.  Loosen the Mitchell Ronin Mount and remove the Castle nut.
