Set the High Temperature Limit
Stop (Optional)
Lift the handle (1). Remove the screw cover (2).
Loosen the handle screw 4 complete turns (). Re-
move the handle (4).
Remove the flange.
Center the cartridge stem.
Remove the handle screw (1).
Remove the green high temperature limit stop (2).
Install the high temperature limit stop so that the posi-
tioning pin on the cartridge is in the hole correspond-
ing to the desired high temperature. The tempera-
tures shown on the diagram assume an incoming
cold water temperature of 50°F and an incoming hot
water temperature of 140°F.
Test the unit. Reposition the high temperature limit
stop again if required.
Install the flange. Install the handle. Tighten the
screw. Install the screw cover.
