Remove the upper case

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 95
"Remove the hard disk drive (HDD) module (for selected models)" on page 96

"Remove the battery pack (for models without HDD)" on page 98
"Remove the solid-state drive (SSD) module" on page 98
