Remove the upper case

Make sure the following FRUs (CRUs) have been removed.
"Remove the lower case" on page 26
"Remove the battery pack and battery pack cable" on page 27
"Remove the solid-state drive (SSD) plate" on page 28
"Remove the solid-state drive (SSD)" on page 29
"Remove the Wi-Fi card" on page 29
"Remove the Type-C bracket" on page 30

"Remove the LCD module" on page 38
