Assign Slots to Virtual Libraries

Once you have implemented CoD in your Spectra 10000 library, you can assign any
given number of slots to one of two virtual libraries. To do that:
From the Main Menu on the Spectra 10000 touchscreen, touch the Config button.

This brings up the first Load User Params and Load Defaults screen that also has

buttons for Time/Date and Brighten/Contrast. Touch the More button.
The second Load User Params and Load Defaults screen appears that also has

buttons for Library 2 Slots and SCSI Bus 2 ID.
Assign SCSI Bus 2 an ID that is not already taken.

Touch the + or - symbols in the Library 2 Slots button will allow you to set the

number of slots you want to assign to Library 2 in 10-slot increments up to 30 slots.
(The remaining number of slots will automatically be assigned to Library 1.)
Note:
You must leave at least 10 slots assigned to Library 1.
Touch Save Params button.

You will be prompted: Parameter Saved. Restart? Touch Yes.

It takes less than one minute for your Spectra 10000 to save the parameters you

assigned. When the Main Screen returns, your parameters have been saved.
