Trouble shooting
Error
Yellow LED is
lighting, but audible
alarm is heard
intermittently.
UPS is functioning
but audible alarm is
heard periodically.
Communication
lost between UPS
and Computer.
Red LED is
lighting, alarm is
heard continuously.
If any abnormal situations occur that are not listed above,

Cause
UPS not connected
properly to the mains.
UPS overload.
Software not installed
well.
Cable is not properly
connected.
Hardware error in the
UPS.

Remedy
Connect the UPS
according to the
installation guide.
Verify that the load
matches the UPS
capacity specified in the
spec.
Check the setting of the
software.
Check if the RS232 or
USB cable is firmly
connected to the
"COM1/COM" or USB of
the computer and confirm
the setting.
