    ASSEMBLY Step 1 Connect right and left base frames (7) to the main frames (1) with 4x bolts, washers, and nuts (8). Do not tighten the bolts.
  • Page 6 Step 2 Attach support frames (4) between main frames (1) and base frames (7) with 4x bolts, washers, and nuts (8) and 4x bolts, washers, and nuts (9). Do not tighten the bolts. Step 3 Attach connection rod (5) between main frames (1) with 4x bolts, washers, and nuts (8). Arc side faces outwards.
  • Page 7 Step 4 Attach back support rod (3) between main frames (1) with 2x bolts and washers (10). Do not tighten the bolts. Step 5 Slide adjustable rods (2) to the main frames (1).
  • Page 8 Step 6 Attach horizontal bar (6) on adjustable rods (2) with 2x bolts, washers, and nuts (11). Step 7 Adjust the height of adjustable rods (2) and secure them with hand knobs (13). Tighten all bolts.

WARM UP This phase serves to improve the blood circulation of the whole body and to warm up the muscles, to reduce the risk of convulsions and muscle injury.

Train regularly, at least three times a week. SHAPING MUSCLES For muscle shaping, it is important to set a high load. The muscles will be more stressed, which may cause that you will not be able to exercise as long as usual.
