6 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING PROCEDURES

It is the User's responsibility to keep the ice machine and ice storage bin in a sanitary condition.
Ice machines also require occasional cleaning of their water systems with a specifically designed
chemical. This chemical dissolves mineral build up that forms during the ice making process.
Sanitize the ice storage bin as frequently as local health codes require, and every time the ice machine
is cleaned and sanitized.
The ice machine's water system should be cleaned and sanitized at least twice a year.
CAUTION:
Do not mix Ice Machine Cleaner and Sanitizer solutions together.
WARNING:
Wear rubber gloves and safety goggles when handling Ice Machine Cleaner or Sanitizer.
WARNING:
Unit should always be disconnected during maintenance/cleaning procedures.
