The command is too long.
The command is too short.
Wrong variable type
The amount of data does not match the number
of elements.
The response exceeds the communications
buffer size (when the number of elements is
larger than 0002).
• Bit position is not 00.
• The write data is out of the setting range.
• The command code or related information in
the operation command is wrong.
• The bit address is out of range.
Variable type "C0" was written to.
Unit error (Memory error occurred, or unused
command was sent.)
