Maintenance and Service
Hako system maintenance III/S
(safety check)
The following maintenance work must
be completed by an authorized Hako
service center at least once a year.
Activity
All maintenance work in accordance with Hako system maintenance II
Check the suction turbine for signs of wear; change, if necessary
Clean the side brush drive from coal dust, check the carbon brushes run smoothly
and for signs of wear; change the carbon brushes, if necessary
Clean the rotary brush drive from coal dust, check the carbon brushes run smoothly
and for signs of wear; change the carbon brushes, if necessary
Check the rotary brush timing belts fro signs of wear; change, if necessary
Check the rotary brush bearing in terms of play and for signs of wear; change, if nec-
essary
Check the wheel bearings in terms of play and for signs of wear; change, if neces-
sary
Test drive and function test
Interval
Every 500 operating hours
