Weekly
 Clean filter at the water connection.
 Check tire pressure of wheels (refer to
"Specifications").
In the first month or after 20 operating
hours
 Replace engine oil.
After 50 operating hours
 Change oil in the pump.
Every 50 operating hours
 Clean air filter in the engine.
Every 100 operating hours
 Replace engine oil.
 Check and clean the spark plug.
 Check fuel filter.
Every 200 operating hours
 Replace engine oil filter.
Every 300 operating hours
 Check/adjust the tappet clearance.
Annually or every 500 operating hours
 Replace the spark plug.
 Replace engine oil filter insert.
 Change fuel filter.
Change the oil and high pressure pump:
 For oil type refer to technical specifications.
 Turn out the oil drain screw.
 Drain the oil in a collection basin.
 Screw in oil drain plug.
 Fill in new oil slowly until the centre of
the oil level display.
Note
Air pockets must be able to leak out.
Change gear oil:
 For oil type refer to technical specifica-
tions.
 Turn out the oil drain screw.
 Drain the oil in a collection basin.
 Screw in oil drain plug.
 Fill in new oil slowly until the centre of
the oil level display.
Every 2 years
 Clean fuel tank.
 Check the fuel hose.

Troubleshooting

You can rectify minor faults yourself with
the help of the following overview.
If in doubt, please consult the authorized
customer service.
Danger
Observe the safety notes in the engine op-
erating instructions prior to any care and
maintenance work.
Danger
Risk of injury if the machine is left running in an
unattended state. Remove the spark plug be-
fore doing any work on the appliance.
Risk of burns! Do not touch hot silencers,
cylinders or radiator ribs.
Warning
Repair work on the appliance may only be
performed by the authorized customer ser-
vice.
Appliance is not running
 Follow operating instructions of the en-
gine manufacturer!
The water shortage fuse (option) was trig-
gered due to low water inlet pressure.
 Check water inlet pressure, minimum
value see "Specifications".
Device is not building up pressure
Operating speed of the engine is too low
 Check operating speed of the engine
(refer to technical data).
Wrong nozzle
 Check nozzle for correct size (see tech-
nical specifications).
Flushed the nozzle.
 Clean/ replace nozzle.
Filter is dirty.
 Clean filter at the water connection.
Unscrew the filter casing, remove the
filter, clean it and replace it.
Air within the system
 Appliance ventilation:
Unscrew the nozzle. Switch on the ap-
pliance and let it run until the water ex-
