10. Replace the cover of the drive (reverse the removal procedure).
11. Replace the drive (refer to "Removing and Replacing the Drive" in topic 4.3).
Note: Service personnel should record on the QSAR the error message that displayed on the LCD and the fact that the tape cartridge
had to be manually removed.
