Action Scripts Action Scripts determine what happens when the handset is lifted, a number is dialed, or an aux input is activated. The button on the LS2000 is used to raise the output volume of the handset. Select the Hook Switch or aux input you would like to associate and action with.
For example, only allowing 4-digit extensions to be dialed. For Auto Dial calls enter in the “To” field the number you would like LS2000 to dial for Auto Calls. For peer-to-peer, enter the IP Address:Port the call is intended to go to.

Note: If playing a remote message but not a local message, then the person at the LS2000 will hear dead air until the remote message is done playing. It is advisable to play the same message to both parties in this case.

LS2000 is a SIP version 2.0 (RFC3261) device and is compatible with IP Gateways and PBXs that can register third party SIP devices. You must verify that the IP PBX you are registering LS2000 to can handle third party SIP devices, whether through licensing and/or hardware add-ons.
