Manual service

WARNING – Risk of frostbite from
escaping refrigerant
Refrigerant causes severe frostbite on the
skin.
Check the service hoses for damage.
Firmly connect the service quick-release
couplings to the service hoses.
Wear safety goggles.
Wear protective gloves.
!
The service parameters (vacuum generation time,
recharge quantity and oil type) can be found in the
owner's manual or the vehicle repair manual.
i
With the ACS 810 all service phases can be
performed manually.
i
Individual service phases are linked as standard
to other service phases as they are needed to fully
implement the individual operation selected.
i
R134a can only be added to an air conditioner
under vacuum. The vacuum phase must therefore
be implemented before filling with R134a.
i
Observe the vehicle-specific information before
altering the quantity of oil.
