4.1
Intended use
ACS 810 is an A/C service unit for servicing air
conditioning units on buses, commercial vehicles and
industrial vehicles with the refrigerant R134a.
The following functions can be implemented:
R
Refrigerant removal by suction and filling.
R
Refrigerant processing.
R
Vacuum creation.
R
Addition of oil.
R
Flushing.

The ACS 810 is only to be operated with R134a
refrigerant. ACS 810 is not to be used for service
work on vehicles with air conditioning systems
employing refrigerants other than R134a, as this
will cause damage. Check the type of refrigerant
used in the vehicle air conditioner prior to service.
Air conditioning systems on cars can also be serviced,
with the following restrictions:
R
Fresh oil can be filled manually, but the quantity of
oil filled must be read from the fresh oil bottle.
R
The system cannot be filled with UV dye.
