TECHNICAL INFORMATION

The fryer, referred to from now on as "the appli-
ance", is designed and manufactured for frying
foods within the professional catering sector
(for example: in restaurants' kitchens, canteens,
hospitals, and in business activities such as

Main Parts
Frying well : in stainless steel.

Fume exhaust vent: evacuates the heat gen-

Heating element control knob: for setting

Mains light: indicates that the appliance is

Temperature light: to indicate that heating

Thermostat light: when on, indicates that

goes out once the appliance has been reset.
Drain tap: for draining the oil from the well.

When requesting service, state the data indi-
cated on the nameplate and provide a descrip-
tion of the fault.
