gured correctly in "Station Mode" and
works correctly on the local network,
no data has been transmitted to the
Aurora Vision
.
®
During the wizard commissioning
phase, after the inverter was confi-
gured to operate in "Station Mode"
(Commissioning STEP2), the inver-
ter is no longer connected with your
device in "AP Mode" and the IP ad-
dress and the "Host Name" used to

Possible causes
The MAC address used to register the
inverter on the Aurora Vision
platform is
®
not the same as the actual address as-
sociated with the inverter.
The wireless network to which the Inverter
is connected, could be protected by a Fire-
wall which prevents the remote exchange
of data with the Aurora Vision
platform.
®
The browser was accidentally closed
during the wizard commissioning phase.
An incorrect dynamic IP address is being
used to access the Internal Webserver
or the IP address could have been mo-
dified by the wireless router to which the
inverter is connected.
The links used to access the Internal
Webserver was lost.
The wireless router doesn't allow the

Solution
Make sure that the MAC address registered on the Aurora Vi-
sion
platform is actually the one associated with the inverter. If
®
it is not, modify the registered MAC address.
Contact the network administrator in order to have the Firewall
configured so that the remote exchange of data between the
Inverter and the Aurora Vision
platform is allowed.
®
Access the Internal Webserver using the "Host Name" that could
be obtained writing this url http://ABB-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX.
local replacing the "X" with the hex digits of the wireless MAC
address of the inverter (it can be found on the "Wireless Identifi-
cation Label" placed on the side of the inverter or applied during
the commissioning phase to the quick installation guide on cover
page). The DNS or multicast service must be enabled on router.
If possible, access the pages of the wireless router webserver to
which the inverter is connected and read the IP address assig-
ned to the inverter in the list of connected devices.
Follow the "Commissioning (Using the inverter display)"
chapter in this manual to complete the inverter commis-
sioning; then access the inverter display menù WLAN
Logger>Info>View IP to obtain the IP Address assigned by the
router to the inverter. Open an internet browser and enter the
obtained IP Address to resume the wizard commissioning (The
procedure will be resumed at "STEP 3" phase).

so as to force the inverter to operate in "AP mode", then access
the internal Webserver via the default IP address 192.168.117.1.
Once inside, select the "Access Point mode only" in the network
configuration, then switch on the wireless router to which the in-
verter is connected. Now it is possible to configure the inverter in
"Station Mode - DHCP" again, taking note of the newly assigned
dynamic IP address.
Contact the network administrator to allow the wireless router to
connect to local IP address.
Contact the system administrator to allow the device to connect
