NOTE
1. Make sure that VBAT is stable before pulling down PWRKEY pin. It is recommended that the time
between powering up VBAT and pulling down PWRKEY pin is not less than 30 ms.
2. PWRKEY can be pulled down directly to GND with a recommended 10 kΩ resistor if the module
needs to be turned on automatically and shutdown is not needed.
3. BOOT_CONFIG
USB_BOOT and BT_CTS*) cannot be pulled up before startup.
4. Ensure that there is no large capacitance on PWRKEY pin.
3.5 Turn Off
The following procedures can be used to turn off the module normally:
⚫
Use the PWRKEY pin.
⚫
Use AT+QPOWD command. For details of the command, see document [2].
3.5.1 Turn Off with PWRKEY
Driving PWRKEY low for at least 650 ms, the module will execute power-off procedure after the PWRKEY
is released. The power-down timing is illustrated in the following figure.

3.5.2 Turn Off with AT Command
It is also a safe way to use AT+QPOWD to turn off the module, which is similar to turning off the module
via the PWRKEY pin.
