  • Page 5 Step 1 (P7) (P7) You will need: 1 x Allen Key 8 x Large Bolts (H6) (P7) (P7) (H3) (P8) (P8) (H3) (P1) (P1) (H6) (P8) (P8) (H3) Insert 4 x Mid Posts (P7) into 4 x Lower Posts (P8), then attach these to 2 x End Panels (P1) using 8 x Large Bolts (H3) to connect, tightening with Allen Key (H6) to 70%, do not fully tighten yet.
  • Page 6 Step 3 You will need: (H4) 84 x Connectors (H4) (P6) (H4) Attach the 84 x Connectors (H4) to the 42 x Slats (P6). Step 4 (P10 ) (P9 ) Attach the 21 x Slats (P6) to Side Rails (P9 & P10). You will need to press down firmly for the connectors to slot into the holes on the side rails.
  • Page 7 Step 5 You will need: (P5) (H1) 1 x Allen Key 11 x Small Bolts (P2) (H6) (H1) (H1) (P2) (P4) (H1) (P2) (P3) Attach the Front Guard Rail (P4) to the Top Posts (P2 & P3) using 5 x Small Bolts (H1), tightening with the Allen Key (H6) to 70%, do not fully tighten yet.

    Step 9 You will need: 4 x Medium Bolts 1 x Allen key (H2) (H6) (P11) (H2) (H2) (H6) Attach Ladder (P11) to the bunk using 4 x Medium Bolts (H2), tightening with Allen Key (H6). Important: Now fully tighten all bolts on the bunk. Step 10 Job Complete! In the interest of our environment please dispose of all packaging thoughtfully.
