To save a number to the Local directory:

When displaying the list of Missed calls, Received calls or Dialed calls,
press

Press the MENU/Confirm key, press

OPTIONAL: To edit the details in the contact you are saving:
• Press
• Use the keypad to edit the First name, Last name, Work,
Mobile, and Other phone numbers�
• Press
• Press Del. to delete a character�

To save the contact to the Local directory, press Save� To cancel without saving,

To delete entries:

When displaying the list of Missed calls, Received calls or Dialed calls,

To delete all entries:

In the Call History menu, press
Received calls or Dialed calls, and then press Delete all�

Press Yes on the delete all confirmation screen�
Locking the keypad
You can lock the keypad on your handset to prevent accidental dialing� If you receive
an incoming call, intercom call or page, the keypad will temporarily unlock until the
handset is idle again� You must unlock the keypad in order to dial a number or browse
the menu screens�
To lock the keypad:
•
Press and hold the # key when the handset is idle�
The
icon at the top of the screen indicates the keypad is locked�
To unlock the keypad:
•
Press and hold the # key�
Note: If you press Unlock or any other key, the handset will
display unlocking instructions�

to move the cursor�
or
to change the Ringer tone and Dial line
