- Page 2 Step 2. Screw in the legs to the holes underneath the base, Screw tight to the right angle. Step 3. Level the storage box and place it upright on a level surface. ADDITIONAL NOTE ABOUT SAFETY: BOLTS MAY LOOSEN DURING NORMAL EVERYDAY USE. THEY SHOULD BE INSPECTED AT LEAST EVERY 3 MONTHS AND RE-TIGHTENED AS NEEDED TO PREVENT DAMAGE OR INJURY, AND ENSURE STABILITY.
