Enable / Disable DHCP Server

• Enable / Disable DHCP server. From the MAIN> prompt enter:
SetDhcpServer <0|1> <HalfHour | OneHour | TwoHours | HalfDay | OneDay
| TwoDays | OneWeek | TwoWeeks | Forever>
Specify '1' for Enable, '0' for Disable. Lease time parameter must be specified for both.

Set DNS servers.

• Set DNS servers. From the MAIN> prompt enter:

SetDNS <1 DNS IP> <2
Set primary and secondary DNS servers: 1 indicates that these are static entries, (0 as
the last parameter along with two IPs specified will configure the gateway to use DNS
values obtained from its WAN DHCP process.
MAIN> SetDNS 20.20.30.5 20.20.20.6 1

NOTE: reboot is required to invoke changes.

Put Gateway into Router Mode

• Put Gateway into Router Mode (i.e. enable Static IP, RIP, etc). From the MAIN> prompt
enter:

MAIN> vendor rg 1
Mode changed, Resetting...
SNMP: Immediate reboot requested through SNMP
RIP Enable
NOTE: OCM will automatically reboot to invoke changes.
