Remedy
Change gripper jaws/gripper claws
Reduce load capacity
Adjust the gripping range to the
outer diameter of the product
Adjust the height support
according to the products to be
transported
Clean the surface of the product
from dirt
Consult the manufacturer to
determine whether the product is
permitted for this device
Focus on the product
Check and correct adjustment of
the gripping range
Check and correct the height
support setting
Check for possible foreign bodies
in the internal gearing and remove
them
Clean the mechanics with high
pressure cleaner
Hook in leg spring (e.g. with pliers
or screwdriver)
Replace leg spring (consult
manufacturer if necessary)
Check the position of the
suspension eye in the splitter. To
release, the suspension eye must
be in idle position (position B,
marked red).
Correct angle for release. See
chapter Operation "Optimum
pulling direction for opening the
device".
Check for possible foreign bodies
in the internal gearing and remove
them
