11.7 KENMERKEN VAN HET LIER – SPECIFICATION OF THE WINCH
OPGEPAST!!! De maximale belasting
van de lier bedraagt 900 kg. Het is
belangrijk dat de hele structuur van de
lichtmast niet wordt gewijzigd, om de
stabiliteit en de werking van de lier niet
te beïnvloeden.
De lier is voorzien van een automatische
rem met een voorziening die afrollen
tegengaat,
waarmee
omlaag brengen van de telescopische mast
gemakkelijk en gelijkmatig kan worden
uitgevoerd. De reductor zit ondergebracht,
beschut tegen onzuiverheden; de nieuwe
afdekking aan de zijkant elimineert scherpe
randen en biedt bescherming tegen stof.
Een nieuw bouwproces aan de hand van
CNC-machines verzekert een maximale
kwaliteit en stevigheid, mede dankzij het
gebruik van nieuwe, kostbare materialen.
De levensduur van de lier wordt verbeterd
dankzij de versteviging van het frame.
De bescherming van het externe oppervlak
werd verbeterd aan de hand van een
nieuwe galvanisering in gele kleur.
