Please determine your type of enquiry before contacting us by confirming the
following;
• Your name and telephone number
• Date of Purchase and Invoice number
• Physical address where appliance is located
• Model and serial number of the appliance
• Clear and concise details of the fault
A service call must be logged on any fault you find on your unit.
This can be done by sending an email through to (ZA_Insure)
ZA_Insure@electrolux.com and providing the following information
• Proof of purchase
• Photo of unit serial plate
• Fault on unit
• Full address and Contact information
• Additional contact person

Spares requirements
If spares are required for out of warranty work the following email address
can be contacted Spares@electrolux.com.
Please note on Gas units a Gas COC is required on any case request for warranty
or out of warranty work.
Please relay your email address when logging a call via telephone so we can follow
up on the case progress and ensure your experience is of the highest standard.
