- Page 3 Step 1: Frame Layouts Each box contains all the pieces and hardware to complete a frame. ALIGNMENT DIAGRAM: SOFAS Back/Arms Left Corner Frame Center Frame Right Corner Frame LEFT CORNER FRAME (BOX 2) CENTER FRAME (BOX 1) RIGHT CORNER FRAME (BOX 2) Back/Arm Back/Arm Back/Arm...
- Page 4 Step 2: Assemble Ottoman Frame NOTE: If you do not have an ottoman, skip ahead to Step 3. Place the ottoman frame upside down (with the straps down) on a soft surface to protect it from scratches. NOTE: The seat and ottoman frame are slightly different.
- Page 5 Step 3: Upholster the Seat Cushion Cover your cushion with the upholstery. The Dacron layer will be the top layer of the cushion and should be inserted perpendicular to the upholstery opening. Make sure the zipper is on the bottom of the cushion. Flip over the ottoman frame and add the cushion.
- Page 6 Step 4: Assemble Sofa Frame NOTE: Before starting, align your legs and back/arms with the holes in the sofa frame. The front of the frame will not have holes going all the way through. Pictured here is the frame with the legs and back/arms already attached.
- Page 7 Step 5: Attach Sofa Back/Arms Flip the frame right side up. Align the sofa back/arms opposite from the front of the sofa. Front of Sofa Use the hex screws and washers together to fasten the back/arms to the frame corners. Repeat for all back/arms.
- Page 8 Step 6: Clamp Frame Together Align the sofa frames together and join each with a clamp. Twist the knob to tighten. NOTE: The clamp can be installed at any of the points shown. Alternatively, it may also be installed anywhere along the top of the frames.
- Page 9 Fabric Care Instructions Cleaning Codes Each fabric type has a specific cleaning code which can be found on the Free Swatch Page. SOLVENT OR WATER CLEANAB LE (S/W) Spot clean with upholstery shampoo, foam from a mild detergent, or a mild dry cleaning solvent. WATER CLEANAB LE (W) Spot clean fabric with a water-based shampoo or foam upholstery cleaner.
