4.13 LOG SET/ MEDIA INSTALLATION

Three distinctive wood species log sets are available as options for this model Fireplace.
1. Norway Spruce Log Set
2. White Oak Log Set (not shown)
3. Birch Log Set
4. Driftwood Log Set
5. Forest Oak Log Set
In addition to the log sets other medias are also available. These media kits can be combined or used with log sets. These include:
1. Clear Glass Diamond, ¾"
2. Clear Glass Diamond, ¼"
3. Black Glass Diamond, ¾"
4. Midnight Black Glass
5. Liquid Clear Glass
6. Ice Cube Glass
7. Natural River Rock
8. White Tumbled Marble
Installation Instructions for each log set are included with the individual log set. Follow those instructions to install one log set.
Note: Installer, save and give the copy of the Log Set Installation Instructions to the homeowner for future
references.

4.14 LIGHTING CHECKLIST

Be sure to check these items before final operation of the Fireplace.
☐ All items on "Installation Checklist" must be completed.
☐ Carefully follow all lighting and log installation instructions. Make certain that pilot flame and burner light correctly.
☐ Gas leaks and gas pressures prior to installing facing materials is checked.
☐ Fresh batteries are in remote control. Follow "First-Time Lighting Instructions" to synchronize the remote control and the
ignition module.
☐ Air shutter opening 0" to ⅛" natural gas or ¼" to ½" LP gas is checked.
☐ All lighting and log installation instructions were followed.
☐ Burner lights and flame runs promptly to the entire burner.
Note: Do not proceed with operation unless burner cycles "on/off" without delays.
☐ Flame is "stable" and does not "lift" off burner. If flame lifts off burner, turn unit off and check that all vent pipes are "twist
locked" and leak proof, the vent cap is "right side up". Do not proceed with operation if flame is "lifting off" burner.
☐ DO NOT proceed with operation unless burner cycles "on/off" without delays and the flame is "stable" and not "lifting" off
burner after 5 minutes of initial ignition.
Caution: If ignition system goes into lockout mode , be sure to wait a minimum of five minutes before
relighting.
