INSTALLING THE FLOOR LIGHTS NOTE: This is showing how to install the floor lights in a fireplace that has not been finished and has access to the front access panels. It is highly recommended to install the floor lights before finishing the fireplace. It will save a considerable amount of time.

ML54, ML60, and ML72: Then, remove the (2) screws securing the pilot bracket to the firebox floor. Move the pilot bracket, pilot, and wires off to the right side of the unit out of the way. ALL UNITS: Remove the (4) screws securing the burner to the firebox. There are (2) on each end as shown below. Then remove the burner by sliding it to the left and removing it from the firebox and placing it in a safe location out of the way.

Once the screws are removed pull the air shutter bracket and venturi tube to the right side of the firebox out of the way. Next, remove the light cover plates. There will be (2) on the ML39, ML47, and ML54 and (3) on the ML60 and ML72.

Remove the front-right access panel from the unit as shown below. TOP-RIGHT ACCESS PANEL FRONT-RIGHT ACCESS PANEL After removing the front access panel locate the auxiliary power connector shown below. If the unit is finished and you do not have access to this panel you will have to find the auxiliary power connection on the floor of the unit. This can be found by removing the explosion plate or finding it through the top access panel near the power and sync switches.

Next, prepare the LED light assemblies to be installed in the unit. Locate the components shown below. The power source is prewired to the LED controller which is prewired to the LED harness. It may help to lay out the light assemblies on the floor to see how they will be connected when installed in the unit. They are shown below how they will be installed in the unit from left to right.

The light assemblies will be installed from left to right. The LED lights are attached to the assemblies on a shielded piece of metal. The shield is to be at the top when installed into the unit, see the side view below. The left LED assembly will need the left end wire connections connected together to form a loop as shown below.

Once all the LED light assemblies have been placed, they can be screwed into place using the same screws that were removed to remove the light cover plate. It is crucial that you do not over tighten the LED light assemblies to the firebox. It may cause the glass to break or the gasket to not form a proper seal to the firebox.

Once the components are properly placed, the Molex connector on the end of the power source can be connected to the auxiliary power connector that was found earlier on the right-side floor of the unit. Then, the controller harness can be connected to the right-side LED light assembly connector.

Smart Link & Unlink: We have 3 methods to Link and Unlink to APP. 1. Long press "SET" 3 seconds,the purple will blink 3 times, the device go into Smart Link/Unlink mode. 2. Use Linked remote, long press the linked Zone ON button for 3 seconds, the purple light will blink 3 times, the device go into Smart Link and Unlink Mode.

5 Intelligent control (1) Click " Smart " at the bottom. (2) Click " + " in the upper right corner to create intelligent control.
