6-3. Coolant Flow Sensor

When a Strip Drive 100 motor is attached to a SubArc Digital Interface, the coolant flow sensor relay contacts (accessible on the terminal strip inside
the interface) are enabled. The coolant flow sensor relay has normally open contacts and requires closure for the system to operate. If a coolant flow
switch is provided with the cladding head cooling system, connect the coolant flow switch leads to "Coolant Flow" and "Common" on the terminal strip.
To allow operation of the system if a coolant flow switch is not used, install a jumper wire between the "Coolant Flow" and "Common" terminals. See
SubArc Digital Accessories Owner's Manual (OM-267 533) for information on connections to the terminal strip.
