Setting the Date and Time
To set the date and time:
1 From the screen, use the up and down arrows to highlight
Setup
and press
Time Enter
The screen displays (see

The screen displays the following information about the
Date and Time
library:
2 Use the up and down arrows to view or edit the date and time
information. Press
Enter
3 When you are finished viewing/editing the date and time information,
press to return to the
Exit
Installing the Library
Description
Sets the SCSI ID for both the library
and tape drives.
Assigns the library stack role as
Master, Slave, or Stand alone. There
can be only one Master library in a
multiple stack. Once configured as a
slave, all library OCP functions can be
controlled via the Master library OCP.
The library model number will also
change to PX500S indicating a stacked
library configuration. The library
model number is available from the
home screen on the Master library
OCP.
Enables or disables the left load port
Enables or disables the right load port
Enables or disables the auto inventory
function. When enabled, the library
automatically inventories the library
contents when going "On-line".
