Getting Started
Installing the VWR® TubeRoller 5 and TubeRoller 10
Place the roller on a clean, flat, stable surface. Prior to connecting the unit to power, ensure the power switch located on the
rear of the unit is in the OFF position. Plug the roller into a properly grounded outlet at the correct voltage. Always ensure that
there are no obstructions blocking the vertical rocking motion of the rolling platform.
Operation
Load the roller platform prior to powering the unit on. Ensure to load the unit from the center out, creating a balanced load
about the center line of the platform. Once the unit is loaded to satisfaction with a balanced load, power the unit on by pressing
the power switch to the ON position.
Enter time adjustment mode by pressing the "TIME" key. The timer display will begin flashing. Use the up arrow and down arrow
keys to adjust run time. Once finished, press the "TIME" key again to store the time value. Enter speed adjustment mode by
pressing "SPEED". The speed display will begin flashing. Use the up arrow and down arrow keys to adjust speed. Once finished,
press the "SPEED" key again to store the speed setting. To switch to continuous operation, press the "CONT.|TIME" button. The
display should read "cont". To switch back to timed run mode, press "CONT.|TIME" again. To start operation, press
"START|STOP". The unit will run until time elapses, or continuously. Press "START|STOP" again to stop the run at any time.

Routine maintenance of this unit only involves keeping the unit clean. No other routine maintenance or repair is
required. Cleaning can be done with a damp cloth. Avoid the use of solvents to avoid the risk of damage to the
housing or rollers.
