Review the information in the table below to troubleshoot operating problems.

Solution
Make sure there is no bubble or debris on the
screen to interfere with autofocus.
Reduce the RFU before counting.
1)
The USB flash drive is not FAT32 format.
Format it into FAT32.
2)
Replace a USB flash drive in the correct
format.
1)
Make sure the USB flash drive is FAT32
format, and upload the file to the USB flash
drive for software update.
2)
The file must be saved into the root
directory of the USB flash drive instead of
saving it in a folder or subfolder.
3)
The file must be intact with the extension
.zip during transmission.
