Problem
ActiveSync is

or information cannot
be transferred.

Solution
Check Tools Menu > Options... in
the Microsoft ActiveSync window
your desktop computer to see if the
information type you want has been
selected for synchronizing. See
more details about ActiveSync in
Chapter 7.
Ensure that Microsoft Mobile Informa-
tion Server has been installed.
