4.1 Customizing phone settings
You can easily view and change various settings in your
phone. For example, you can use your own sounds for ring
tones, use your favorite photo for the Home screen back-
ground, set up Call Forwarding to manage your calls more
efficiently, and more.
In the Home screen, select Settings from the Start menu.
The items in the Settings screen are illustrated below.
Phone
When you select Phone in the Settings screen shown
above, the Phone screen appears and offers the following
options:
Call Barring
Enables you to block incoming and/or outgoing calls.
Call Forwarding
Enables you to forward calls to another number.
Call Options
Specify your Voice Mail number, SMS Service Center num-
ber, Country code, and Area code. If you check the Any
key answer checkbox, you will be able to answer incom-
ing calls by pressing any key. If Show SIM Contacts is
checked, entries on the SIM card will be displayed in your
Contacts list.
