Solution
Make sure the ActiveSync cradle/
cable is connected securely.
Make sure you have installed the
ActiveSync software
Companion CD that came with
your phone.
Make sure the settings are correct
in File Menu > Connection
Settings... in the Microsoft
ActiveSync window on your
desktop computer.
Chapter 7 discusses ActiveSync.
If still not working, try to remove
the ActiveSync software (using
Control Panel on your desktop
computer) and then re-install.
