8. Slide the lock switch to the left to lock the ink tray.
9. Repeat the above steps for any other ink pack that needs to be replaced.
Note: Install ink trays in all of the slots. You cannot print if any of the slots are empty.
10. Follow the instructions on the LCD screen to begin ink charging.
Your product begins charging the ink delivery system. A message appears on the LCD screen when ink
replacement is complete.
Note: Do not turn off the printer, load paper, or open any covers while the printer is charging or you'll
waste ink.

Replacing the Maintenance Box

The maintenance box stores ink that gets flushed from the system during maintenance operations such
as head cleaning. Replace the maintenance box when you see a message on the LCD screen.
Note: Do not replace the maintenance box while printing, otherwise ink may leak.
