Before Calling for Service

Please check the following before you contact the service center.
If the problem persists, contact your local service center.
It does not
operate at all.
The amount of

Symptom

Is the indoor pollution
severe?

Are you using it in a place
that is too spacious or too
open?
Is there any obstacle nearby?
Is the product installed at a
corner?
Doesn't the overall air quality
change to red and orange?
Cause
• Insert it into the socket
correctly.
• Clean the ultra fine filter
thoroughly.
• Replace the filter.
• Ventilate the indoors before
using the product.
• Clean the ultra fine filter

• Use a product that suits the
size of the room.
• Avoid well-ventilated places
such as doors, windows, etc.
• Remove the obstacle.
• Move the product and install it
again.
• The color of overall air quality
is determined based on the
worst condition among dust
concentration and odor(gas)
concentration. Make sure the
dust concentration is not worse.
• Since the odor(gas) sensor
is a sensor that detects
contaminated gases, it may
not react to the smell of food.
But the Deodorizing Care filter
removes the odor.
