Danger of explosion!
Never use to appliance to vacuum explosive
liquids, flammable gases, explosive dusts, or
undiluted acids or solvents! These include petrol,
paint thinner, and heating oil, which may form
explosive vapours or mixtures when agitated by
the suction air. This applies equally to acetone,
undiluted acids and solvents, and aluminium and
magnesium dusts. Furthermore, these
substances may cause appliance materials to
corrode.
Do not use the appliance to vacuum burning or
smouldering objects.
When using the appliance in areas of potential
risk (e.g. filling stations), the pertinent safety
guidelines must be observed. It is not permitted
to use the appliance in potentially explosive
locations.
Environmental protection
Please arrange for the proper disposal of the
packaging
The packaging material can be recycled.
Please do not place the packaging into the
ordinary refuse for disposal, but arrange for the
proper recycling.
Please arrange for the proper disposal of the
old appliance
Old appliances contain valuable
materials that can be recycled. Please
arrange for the proper recycling of old
appliances. Batteries, oil, and similar
substances must not enter the
environment. Please dispose of your old
appliances using appropriate collection systems.

Operating the cleaner
Preparation
! Remove the motor housing, take the swivel
casters out of the container.
! Mount the swivel casters.
! Place the motor housing on the container and
close.
Note: Motor housing can be attached in one
position only (switch towards front).
! Connect accessories.
Switching on
Caution:
Never use the appliance without a filter!
! Insert the mains plug.
! Switch on the appliance.
Operations with floor nozzle
Caution!
When changing from wet to dry vacuuming
note the following:
If you vacuum dry dust while the filter is still
i
wet, the dust will stick to the filter making it
impermeable, and may thus damage it beyond
repair.
Therefore: Always allow wet filters to dry
before use!
Dry vacuuming - carpets
! As it capacitates dust-free emptying, we
recommend that you insert the paper filter bag
as well. This has the added advantage that the
filter does not become dirty so quickly.
