Recommended Cleaning Schedule

IMPORTANT
To ensure compliance with state, local and national health and safety
standards, regular maintenance must be performed. Proper maintenance is
important for your AutoFry to continue to operate without the need for a
hood and duct system and it is important for the health and safety of your customers.
Regular oil changing, as part of your regular maintenance, will enhance the taste of your food product.
Oil changing will vary widely depending on the use of the AutoFry. The use of a shortening monitor kit is
the most accurate means of determining the status of the oil.
