This manual provides all the information required for safe and optimal installation and maintenance of the ComfoClime 24 or ComfoClime 36. It is also intended as a reference for servicing, so that this can be carried out in a responsible manner. The unit is subject to continuous development and improvement.
2 ComfoClime unit internal access 2.1 Access to the LEFT front coil Always comply with the safety regulations, warnings, comments and instructions given in this document. Failure to comply with the safety regulations, instructions, warnings and comments may lead to personal injury or damage to the unit. Before starting any operation, disconnect the main plug from the power supply and make sure that the unit is voltage free.

Step Action Unscrew the two screws B that lock the bypass flap C then pull it gently toward you rotating it slightly. Pay attention to prevent the back bolt and its washer B from falling down. It is possible to replace the internal siphon extracting gently the rubber hose ends. 2.3 Access to the RIGHT back part (siphon and condensation tray) Always comply with the safety regulations, warnings, comments and instructions given in this document.

5 Maintenance and cleaning It’s strongly recommended to perform a proper maintenance and cleaning, following the messages appearing in the CAQ display (filters replacement); an accurate overall cleaning must be performed at least every 2 years by Zehnder service personnel. It’s mandatory that only authorized personnel can operate on the internal components of the unit.
