Troubleshooting & Maintenance The following section describes some of the symptoms, probable causes and possible solutions in regard to the installation of the 500464-V2 HDMI 2.0 Fiber Extender Kit. The display only shows a blank (black) screen. Ensure that the USB power supplies are firmly connected and that both Transmitter and Receiver Power LEDs are ON. -
