HARDWARE LIST ALLEN SCREWS SCREWS WRENCH... - Page 5 STEP 1 Insert the part (A) into part (B ) as shown. STEP 2 Insert part (C) into the center hole of part (B) as shown in the diagram.
- Page 6 STEP 3 Align the holes in part (D) with the holes in part (F). Using screws (1) and Allen Wrench (4), attach part (F) to part (D) as shown in the diagram. Fully tighten all screws.
- Page 7 STEP 4 Align the holes in part (G) with the holes in part (E). Using screws (3) and Allen Wrench (4), attach part (G) to part (E) as shown in the diagram. Fully tighten all screws.
- Page 8 STEP 5 Align the holes in part (G) with the holes in part (D). Using screws (2) and Allen Wrench (4), attach part (G) to part (D) as shown in the diagram. Fully tighten all screws.
- Page 9 STEP 6 Align the center hole of part (F) with the top of part (C) and press firmly into place. Assembly is now complete. Use the lever to raise and lower the seat as desired.
