5 Maintenance

5.1 Maintenance instructions

WARNING!
– Adjustments or repair must only be performed
by a qualified technician.
– Disconnect the power supply before maintaining
or cleaning the armchair.

Check the armchair for any squeaks or suspect noise
from the frame. Lubricate linkage points on the frame,
if required.
q Check the armchair for any defects. If you detect any
defects, contact your Invacare provider for servicing.

5.2 Replacement of components

The chair's spring components might need to be replaced,
due to natural wear and tear.
Please request suitable spare parts from your local
Invacare® provider.

5.3 Cleaning and disinfection

Cleaning agents must not contain acid, solvent or
salt.
q Regularly clean mechanical components to limit dust
build-up in the frame.
q
Clean fabric with fabric cleaning products only. Do not
saturate the fabric.
Brush if necessary to restore the original appearance.
