 The meter should be protected from stones, sand and fibrous materials with a
suitable strainer or filter.
 The meter must be protected from pressure surges.
 During operation always an upstream pressure of 0.3 bar must be ensured.
D. Maintenance and cleaning
Under normal conditions the meter is maintenance free. If required, the measuring insert
can be removed and cleaned (when used for billing national regulations must be
followed). Chemicals, sharp objects or high-pressure cleaners must not be used for
cleaning.
E. Disposal
This product contains a lithium ion battery. In the interest of protecting the environment,
this battery may not be disposed in household waste after its period of use. The local and
national regulations for environmental protection are to be considered.
F. Risk analysis
 During the installation of the water meter, the maximum pressure requirements
specified in EN 14154 shall not be exceeded, so as to avoid the breakage of the dial
plate of the water meter.
 If the water meter body leaks, replace it in time and notify the manufacture.
 The use environment of the water meter must meet the environmental requirements
of EN 14154. If the water meter is damaged due to exceeding the requirements of
the standard, the manufacture shall be exempted from liability.
G. Transportation storage
 Water meter transportation and unpacking should not be subjected to severe impact
and should be transported and stored in accordance with EN14154. After the water
meter is loaded into the box as specified, it can be transported without strong
vibration. It should not be directly affected by rain, frost and fog during
transportation. It should be placed upwards according to the mark and not damaged
by crushing and impact.
 The water meter should be stored in a place that is dry, well ventilated and does not
contain corrosive media in the air. Store in the original packaging, the storage
environment temperature is 5℃~ 55℃, the relatively humidity does not exceed
70%.
