Troubleshooting
The maintenance and repair operations must be performed by qualified personnel.
Before servicing the set, disconnect the power supply and make sure there is no pressure in the hydraulic
components.
Wait at least 4 min before starting work on or in the unit. The capacitors in the intermediate circuit are
discharged by the internal discharge resistors.
The frequency converter memorizes the last alarms triggered. Refer to the frequency converter operating
instructions for the types of malfunctions and directions on how to check the last alarms triggered.

Eliminate malfunction and reset the switch
Repair or replace the motor
Solution
Repair or replace the tank
Set new pressure precharge value in according to pump and set point
The tank must be precharged

Check the hydraulic system and check the valve
Repair or replace the tank
Solution
1. Fill (prime) the pump or suction piping
2. Open the on-off valves
Bleed the pump, check the suction connections
Check the NPSH and, if necessary, modify the system
Clean the valve
Clean the pipe
