7) Attach the seat to the buckles located inside the cockpit area (the cockpit buckles are attached
to the underside of the deck of the kayak). There are 4 buckles in the cockpit area, as well as
on your seat. Match up the appropriate sized buckles on the seat to the buckles on the kayak
and clip together. Note: The D-rings located on the kayak's front buckles are for tying off the
pull lines of the optional AirFusion™ Skeg.
NOTE: Make sure to align the back edge of the seat pad with the back edge of the foam floor.
The seat should not be positioned any further back. If you need more leg room, adjust the
placement of the Front Thwart, not the seat, as this will cause the kayak to become imbalanced
in the water and possibly result in poor performance.
8) Inflate the seat to 6.0 psi MAX. Do not over inflate!
9) Move to the small Bow Air Chamber (inflation tube is accessed through the front deck zipper).
Twist valve open and inflate until firm (1.0 psi MAX) then twist valve closed. Place inflation
tubing inside of kayak and zip deck closed.
10) Move to small Stern Air Chamber (inflation tube is accessed through the rear cargo hatch).
Twist valve open and inflate until firm (1.0 psi MAX) then twist valve closed. Place inflation
tubing inside of kayak and close hatch.
11) Move to the Cockpit Coaming, twist valve open and inflate until firm (1.0 psi MAX) then
twist valve closed.
12) Once all chambers are inflated, secure their caps and then use the Velcro loops located on the
underside of the kayak deck to secure the Front and Rear Thwart inflation hoses.

3.5 DEFLATION AND BREAK DOWN

1) Remove the caps from Main Chambers 1&2 and the Seat then push the valve stems in/down
and rotate to lock the stems down.
2) Unscrew the valve bodies on the Front and Rear Thwarts.
3) Open Twist Valves on the cockpit coaming, the bow air chamber, and the stern air chamber.
4) Once all of the chambers are deflated, you can use your pump to vacuum out any additional
air for improved folding.
5) Remove Seat.
6) Remove Pole #4 from the deck sleeve and collapse by pulling apart and folding at the shock
corded end.
7) Take hold of Locking Sleeve #3 and depress the push button on Pole #1. Slide Locking Sleeve
#3 onto Pole #2. Note: Make sure not to pull up on the pole assembly as this will make it
very difficult to slide Locking Sleeve #3
CAUTION: Keep your hands on Poles #1 and #2 to keep them from springing upwards and
causing any injury to you or the kayak.
8) Disconnect Poles #1 and #2 and pull Pole #2 out of the kayak. Pull Locking Sleeve #3 off of
the end of Pole #2 and remove Pole #2 from the Rear Thwart Sleeve.
9) Pull Pole #1 out of the kayak and remove it from the Front Thwart Sleeve.
a) Tip: To keep from losing Locking Sleeve #3, slide it onto Pole #1 and snap it into place
over the push button.
10) Collapse each pole by pulling apart and folding at the shock corded ends
NOTE: Leave Bow and Stern Ribs in place inside of the kayak.
11) Remove Foam Floor.
